I've been to Loughshore Hotel in Carrickfergus on one occasion for a wedding. The staff etc seemed to put together a memorable day for everyone. The food seemed to please everyone as well.
Staff on reception and dining room first class very helpful and attentive. Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Only complaint was noise in morning room was beside entrance we had window open it was a warm night but that's life.
Had a fabulous Christmas night out. Food was delicious, staff were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The atmosphere was fantastic and the group 'the iconettes' were phenomenal. The rooms were large and comfortable. A thoroughly amazing night
We love the carvery. Food is always really good, atmosphere was lovely with a choir singing on the way in and Dave, the host, always has a funny anecdote and a new magic trick. We always feel welcome, thanks Dave.
A truly wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean and fantastic customer service. My only little moan was with regards to breakfast, it was stated that it was available till 11am however on arrival at the dining room there was nobody around to serve me and a notice on the wall informed that breakfast was only served till 10am.... I was there at 9.55am???? So unfortunately I left disappointed and hungry!!! Truthfully, regardless of that I had a great stay.
