I stumbled across forest fitness NI last year when I was 18 stone, I got chatting with lea and he came up with a diet plan and various training plan's to get me down to 14 stone lea has a good setup up in the forest and at other venues wgiwh I tend to use I would recommend lea and forest fitness when iam on my travels
I've been training with Lea for about 6 months and cannot recommend him highly enough. I am a keen runner but had come to a point were my times weren't improving.. After a preliminary meeting with Lea, he highlighted that I was ignoring other areas of my training. He constructed a personal training plan for me which included overall body workouts (core, leg, S&C etc). I am seeing great results and gains. Lea is extremely professional with a vast knowledge and a wealth of experience. He can help with nutrition and all areas of your training. He is dedicated and genuinely cares about his clients.
Lea offers a wide range of activities at Forest Fitness which suits the needs all. His training is first class and you benifit a lot from his experience. I would recommend signing up if you haven't already done so.
I joined Forest Fitness this summer and cant rate it highly enough. The classes are varied and always great fun, the members are all so friendly. Have also been doing PT with Lea for 2 months and he is really supportive and encouraging. Would recommend to everyone, no matter what their level of fitness or goals are.
