This a Womens only gym friendly staff & great classes to boot. All shapes & sizes Christine makes you feel so welcome i would recommend this gym to any woman.
Took me a while to find somewhere to go that wasnt a chore and where I feel comfortable. Having it female only is a great idea as we are all different shapes and sizes and dont feel self conscious. Staff are enthusiastic and supportive and love what they do which makes it enjoyable to go (even if you are wrecked by the end) Thanks Christine for giving it your everything

Only in my third week and I can already see a difference, friendly atmosphere, great staff. Fab idea that it's ladies only. Ideal for busy schedule as 45mins in and out. Classes available also, handy location. Thumbs up
