3 Times I have had my car delivery delayed a week at a time with these muppets. Not one bit happy at all!
Absolute disgrace of a company who treat their employees with total disrespect
About a month ago, a lorry of theirs had blowout, damaging several cars including mine. They initially offered to be helpful but subsequently went via the insurance route (cant blame them for that) but their insurance company RSA is denying liability despite the fact a blowout is attributable to something, not an act of God. Usually down to tyre condition, speed of driving, load weight etc. Also the information requested by RSA was delayed in being returned by Woodside by a matter of weeks. In my opinion it made a laugh of the whole investigation process. On the night of the incident the driver also behaved questionably as in drove away from the damaged cars after initially stopping.
