Lovely firm, great prices, stock control needs to be improved. As with another reviewer Kamil Dedynski, I was also disappointed to find out my shoes were not in stock. This has actually happened to me twice now. Both times it's been rectified, but it's a shame they don't have better stock control, as it's 'frustrating' to have to deal with additional communications when you simply expect your product to be in stock and to be delivered when said.I've given 4 stars and not lower, because they are a decent firm who probably do care and just don't have stock control systems as good as larger businesses.
I have not been to the brick and mortar shop but I bought two pairs of Loakes shoes from them and the transaction was each time very smooth. They reply to the inquiries fast and I liked the experience, will come back for sure.
