The installation was very poor. Replacement roof leaked for years. Whilst he did come back he has not properly fixed the roof - just did a little bit to divert me at the lowest possible cost. They have consistently refused to provide details on exactly what was installed in areas that are concealed - where there are obvious issues. I have contacted the NFRC, which has condemned his work, instructed him to repair their bad workmanship, and following his refusal to do so, he has been removed from the NFRC. It says a lot about DJ Gibb, that even though he was removed from the NFRC last year, he still states he is a member on his website at the date of this posting - he removed pictures of my roof, so it is not because they haven't got round to it. I obliged to go to court, so expect to see full details of the results of the court action on the web after the event - with links added here. The NFRC have kindly allowed me to use their report in any way I choose in my efforts to get my roof repaired after years of water ingress. It is now a year since the report was issued and Mr Gibb agreed to abide by its recommendations.
