Really interesting place. Bigger than it looks! Full of interesting history

Very informative. Brian is great

This was a fascinating insight to a bygone era.We had an excellent guided tour. All the tour guides are volunteers and I was impressed by our guide's knowledge and enthusiasm. A word of warning - if you are afraid of heights, don't go up the steps to the top of the gas storage tank. The steps are narrow and steep, but there are good sturdy handrails on both sides. Normally, I'm not too worried by heights, but I was glad to get back down onto the ground and it was worth going up for a look.

Very worth while taking time out to experience flame. Super historical insight. Well maintained.

Really excellent free museum staffed by enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteers. Northern Ireland's only remaining Victorian gasworks; the fact it's survived, and not been scrapped, is a minor miracle. Great for all ages: my parents and my 3 year old all loved it. I'll definitely be going again.
