Great chips
Not as good as it used to be. Used to be very good food and friendly staff; the food is still good but like other reviews on here, the service has let it down recently. The last couple of times we have placed phone orders, there has been something wrong and even when you go into the place, the dark haired lady who works the till is about as welcoming as a kick in the teeth. We'd like to keep going here as it is our local one but if things don't improve we may just have to travel a bit further from now on.
Ordered 3 meals, when we got home the chicken goujons supper had 6 chips in it, and the large tub of curry sauce was missing.
Very friendly staff and food lovely
Food was good, but thats about it. The service was terrible, didnt get the order right, for myself to get home to find a burger missing. This was all fine and good until we phoned juniors for them to accuse us of having an attitude all we had said was the order wasnt correct. Then they proceeded to take 40 minutes to deliver a single burger in which it had been solely their fault for forgetting, mean while everyone in the house had already finished their food. Then believe it or not they delivered that same burger that had been sitting in their chip shop for approx. 1 hour. All in all disgusted with service and will not be back!
