Gave my mother-in-law the run around when she tried to return an item. No exchange offered. Excuses made. Receipt states returns accepted with original receipt, yet to see returns policy. Avoid!EDIT: In response to the below, owner wasn't contactable for weeks due to an illness and staff wouldn't authorise a return in their absence. In the interim I've been threatened with slander for this review and my mother-in-law has been forced to give up and accept a mirror she cannot use.

Anything they didn't have they were more than willing to get it for me. Really quick delivery and the guys assembled my furniture and did a brilliant job. I'd definitely recommend this shop for complete customer satisfaction. Definitely worth a visit if in Carrickfergus.
