Coffee was great. Staff were good and helpful. The toilets were a nightmare.
Friend from the area recommended it straight away when I asked, when I got there it was packed which is a good sign. Good deli style menu to choose from and what I got I was really happy with. I was in a rush so it was quick, but there were tons of people chatting having coffees for the afternoon. I will definitely be back and be recommending this place to people from now on.
Due to yesterdays visit I will be only giving three stars! I am a regular customer to both branches and could never fault anything! However unfortunately during yesterdays visit I left very unhappy. This was due to one thing- one member of staff who was on the floor cleaning/ brushing floors! I repeat brushing floors during a busy period on a Saturday! I fully understand brushing is required in the hospitality sector especially to make the place clean and tidy. However this member of staff appeared to be brushing the floor to pass time brushing under tables in which people were still sitting and eating at!! On two occasions this member of staff hit my foot twice with the brush while trying to brush under my table!! This is not acceptable and almost felt like I was being rushed out!!
First time visiting Creed. Great service. Nice comfortable place to sit and chill and watch the world go by. Great Eton Mess traybake (plenty of other choices available). Great peppermint tea. Will definitively not be my last visit.
Amazing coffee shop! Staff are extremely friendly and courteous and provide a great service. Food is fantastic, there's a great selection of breakfast and lunch dishes, beverages and buns and cakes. There is also disabled parking right outside shop.Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back in the near future!
