I really loved going to the Whitehead art gallery I was welcomed in by Cynthia the owner of this beautiful house, what a lovely person Cynthia give me a tour and most of the paintings were great I couldn't keep my eyes of them I didn't know where to look next. I was overwhelmed by the way Cynthia could talk about other artists and there works what a smart lady and a joy to listen to. Well I think I over stayed my welcome and left if anybody loves art the way I do please call in to Whitehead art gallery you won't be disappointed fantastic and I will be back. An exceptional Gallery filled wall to wall with stunning paintings and set within a Edwardian home, all nestled in the lovely sea-side town of Whitehead. Learnt a great deal visiting this small but incredibly detailed space. Would recommend to anyone!
Visited as part of the European Heritage Open Day 2016. The gallery space is within the lovely Edwardian house of artist and owner. So much to take in as the various styles of the different artists compete for your attention, but there seems to be something to match a wide range of tastes and budgets. Worth making the trip to see as the drive to it is beautiful and the street is very picturesque.
